General information
- ONE presenter can submit only ONE abstract.
- Abstract can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please note that abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
- All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by 20 December 2026, otherwise their abstracts will automatically be withdrawn from the program.
- Only ONE full paper can be submitted from ONE accepted abstract.
- Accepted abstracts will be available on PACCON 2027 website for download prior to the meeting.
- Accepted full papers will be published as PACCON 2027 proceedings in electronic format.
Abstract Submission Guideline
- Abstract must be prepared using PACCON 2027 abstract template.
- Abstract must be written in English and must not exceed 250 words.
- Abstract must include up to 5 keywords and may include one Figure, but not exceed one page.
- Name your abstract file as Lastname_Initial_Abstract.docx
PACCON 2027 Poster Presentation Guideline
General Poster Presentation
- Poster panel: vertical poster panel, 100 cm wide x 250 cm high
- Recommended poster orientation size: Portrait, A0 size, 84 cm wide x 118 cm high
- There is no template for poster but it should be prepared with the PACCON 2027, Chemical Society of Thailand (CST) and Presenter’s institute logos at the top of the poster. PACCON 2027 and CST logos can be downloaded here.
- Adhesives for Poster setup will be provided.
E-Poster for S9
- Digital Poster Display
Posters will be displayed electronically on 65-inch TV monitors. Printed posters are not required. - Poster Size and Orientation
- The poster must be in Landscape orientation (16:9 aspect ratio).
- Authors are encouraged to design their posters using Microsoft PowerPoint Widescreen (16:9).
- Recommended canvas size: 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD) to ensure optimal image quality on large displays.
- Poster Layout
There is no mandatory poster template. However, the poster should include the following logos at the top of the poster:- PACCON 2027
- Chemical Society of Thailand (CST)
- Presenter's institution
The PACCON 2027 and CST logos can be downloaded from the conference website. - File Format
- Submit the poster as PDF (preferred) or PNG.
- Export the file in high resolution to maintain image and text quality.
- Ensure that all fonts are embedded or converted before exporting.
- Design Recommendations
- Use clear and concise text with sufficient white space.
- Recommended minimum font sizes:
- Title: 44–60 pt
- Section headings: 30–36 pt
- Body text: 24–28 pt
- Use high-resolution images (300 dpi or higher) and maintain high contrast for readability.
- Avoid overcrowding the poster with excessive text or graphics.
Recommended Workflow for Authors
- Design the poster in Microsoft PowerPoint (Widescreen 16:9).
- Set the slide size to 16:9 (Widescreen).
- Export the final poster as PDF (preferred) or PNG in 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels).
- Submit the exported file through the conference submission system before the deadline.

Proceeding Submission
PACCON2027 e-Proceedings
- Full manuscript must be prepared using PACCON 2027 proceeding template.
- Full manuscript must be submitted through the PACCON 2027 website for a peer review before 15 January 2027 .
- Notification of full paper acceptance on 31 March 2027.
- Accepted manuscripts will be published as PACCON 2027 proceeding in electronic format.
- The PACCON 2027 e-Proceedings will be available online before 25 April 2027.
