Q1: Why should I complete my registration and payment before the Early Bird deadline?

A: 
Registering and paying before the Early Bird deadline allows participants to enjoy discounted registration fees.
In addition:

  • Oral and Poster Presenters: Registration and payment must be completed by the specified deadline to ensure that accepted abstracts are included in the Abstract Book and Conference Proceedings.
  • Side Event S9 Presenters: Registration and payment must also be completed by the specified deadline to confirm eligibility for participation in Session S9.
  • General Participants: Payments received after the Early Bird deadline will be charged at the Regular Registration Rate.

 

Q2: What is included in the registration fee?

A: 
The registration fee for registered delegates and full-time students includes:

  • Conference materials
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Conference banquet
  • Two lunches
  • Four coffee breaks

 

Q3: Can I register for only one day?

A: 
Yes. A One-Day Registration is available.
The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to scientific sessions for one day
  • One lunch
  • Two coffee breaks

 

Q4: What are the important notes for Side Event S9 (Science Project)?

A: 
Please note the following:

  1. Registration under Side Event S9 permits attendance only on 13 February 2027.
  2. Abstracts presented in Session S9 will NOT be included in the Abstract Book or the Conference Proceedings.
  3. Participants registered under Side Event S9 are not eligible to attend the Conference Banquet.

 

Q5: Who is eligible to register as an accompanying person?

A: 
Accompanying persons must be:

  • The spouse of a presenter;
  • A student of a presenter; or
  • A student who is a co-author of the presented work.

The accompanying person registration includes:

  • Conference banquet
  • Two lunches
  • Four coffee breaks

 

Q6: Can I register on-site?

A:
Yes.
Please note that:

  • On-site registration is accepted in cash (Thai Baht) only.
  • Conference materials are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrants.

 

Q7: Is there an excursion during the conference?

A:
Yes.
A complimentary half-day excursion to Koh Kret will be organized on 13 February 2027 for conference participants.
Please note:

  • Seats are limited.
  • Advance registration is required.
  • Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants may register via the online registration link or QR Code provided on the conference website.

 

Q8: What is Koh Kret?

Koh Kret is one of Nonthaburi's most famous cultural destinations. The island is well known for its Mon cultural heritage, traditional pottery, riverside atmosphere, and local Thai desserts. The half-day excursion offers participants an opportunity to experience authentic Thai culture during their stay in Bangkok.

 

Q9: Will my abstract be included in the conference proceedings?

A:
Accepted abstracts from regular Oral and Poster Sessions will be included in the Abstract Book and Conference Proceedings, subject to compliance with all submission and registration requirements.
Please note that abstracts presented in Side Event S9 are not eligible for publication in the conference proceedings.
